Goldacres Accredited Service - overview

Goldacres Accredited Service (GAS) is the training and accreditation program for technicians servicing Goldacres sprayers.

Sprayers are complex pieces of machinery. GAS technicians complete specialised training in order to provide new, and existing, customers with accurate and advanced levels of technical support.

Technicians complete training to become accredited to Premium, Gold, Platinum and Specialist levels. Each level gives GAS technicians a more advanced knowledge of Goldacres models, options and troubleshooting.

GAS technicians are your best choice for on-site service and support. They are at your service for pre and post delivery inspections and operator training - as well as your seasonal inspections, which are a key part of ongoing maintenance on your sprayer.

Become a GAS (Goldacres Accredited Service) technician

Having a dealership with GAS technicians means becoming part of a dynamic service network that extends throughout Australia. You will be the first choice to provide service and support to Goldacres customers.

The GAS program is unique to Goldacres. It aims to provide consistently high levels of service to new and existing customers. With training, you can take pride in the fact that you are fully supporting Australia's most advanced spraying equipment.

So that our customers receive the highest levels of service only GAS qualified technicians are allowed to service Goldacres large sprayers. Until then, Goldacres will be supplying this service for non-qualified dealerships by providing a qualified GAS technician to complete pre-delivery and sprayer installations alongside one of your employees.

Sprayers are complex pieces of machinery. To become GAS qualified it is necessary to complete different levels of training. Levels of accreditation include Premium, Gold, Platinum and Specialist levels.

To become accredited it requires the satisfactory completion of up to four days of intensive training. Each day of training will improve your knowledge of Goldacres products and provide you with a different accreditation levels. It is possible to become accredited to Premium, Gold, Platinum and Specialist levels.

Day 1 - Premium Level Accreditation (Up to model: Special & Premium option range)

Day 2 - Gold Level Accreditation (Up to model: Prairie & Gold option range)

Day 3 - Platinum Level Accreditation (Up to model: Advance & Platinum option range)

Day 4 - Specialist Level Accreditation (Up to model: Crop Cruiser)

Building a knowledge of Goldacres products requires training and first hand experience. Depending on your level of knowledge, training can be completed over four consecutive days or you may wish to complete 1 day of training at a time and gradually build up your accreditation level - the choice is yours.

As our spraying equipment is always changing, it is necessary to complete annual training refresher courses to maintain your GAS technician status. An accreditation number, which confirms the validity of your training, will be issued to you upon completion of the courses.

Following training you will receive a full set of service manuals, operator?s manuals and training handbooks. The Goldacres service division is also always there for phone support when required.
