Heavy duty design
The heavy duty, 200 x 100mm RHS, chassis is designed for a long service life in the toughest conditions. High density rubber buffer blocks, mounted between the main chassis frame & drawbar reduce the shock transfer to the tractor while optional Goldacres airbag suspension, with ride height levelling, ensures superior sprayer performance.
Easy Control
Goldacres EZ Control station makes sprayer operation simply by placing all key functions in one location. Located directly next to the quick fill point & induction equipment, the EZ Control is protected by a steel cover when not in use & uses 6 flip valves & a 2 rotary ball valves to control up to 12 filling and pressure functions.
Safety and convenience
A fully sealed storage locker, located next in the EZ control pod, makes storage of personal protective equipment convenient for the safe handling of chemicals. Class leading chemical induction systems such as the Vortex Induction Hopper, DCI &s; Transcal keep the need for tank access to a minimum while a quick fill point &s; integrated tank sight tube increase safety & productivity while filling.
Chemical resistance
High quality materials, with excellent chemical resistance, are carefully selected for each part of the sprayer. Steelwork is fully protected by the Goldacres paint process, stainless steel fittings are used where possible while aluminium outer boom wings, protection caps & G-15 protective spray are used on exposed fittings to offer even more protection.

The heavy duty chassis, with walk through front platform, is perfectly matched to the new TriTech boom, with its new wider centre section, for the ultimate in boom performance. Machine operation is made simple with the Goldacres EZ control station placing key pressure and fill functions into one, clearly labelled, and convenient location which includes a sealed storage compartment and hand wash tank. A narrow profile drawbar, with 360° rotating hitch and integrated drawbar connection arm, keeps everything out of the way when making tight turns while a choice of wheel track widths and airbag suspension options provide even more customisation.
High capacity diaphragm pump, 400 litre flush water tank, integrated tank rinse nozzles and highly chemical resistant polyethylene tank make flushing easy, while the Rapidfire instant nozzle shutoff and Rapidflow boom recirculation options can be selected to make the job even easier. Ultraglide, Smartsteer and Direct Chemical Injection options can also be fitted to improve safety and maximise spraying efficiency.
